First time at this health center and it was nothing but good vibes in there. Every body was professional, and willing to assist you on what ever you needed help with. Monjour was especially helpful, and kept a smile on my face. She's very kind with a personality that's just the best. This will definitely be the health center for me. Keep up the good work y'all.

Dr. Siwy is my favorite. Dr. Chin is my 2nd favorite (and she is really good, which means Dr. Siwy is AMAZING). Today, I had a conversation with Sonia or Sonjia and she was: professional, helpful, attentive, intelligent, and had an understanding of what I needed before I could get all the words out of my mouth. I left Dr. Siwy when I moved. The doctors in my area are hot garbage as they were all purchased by a private equity group or hedge fund. I came running back to Dr. Siwy and everyone at Austin Health Center because THEY ARE ALL AMAZING, HELPFUL, AND SWEET. You won't get that anywhere else. I am here to tell you. You will not get this service in Naperville, Hinsdale, Aurora, Joliet, Plainfield, or anywhere else. This is a diamond in the ROUGH ROUGH WEST SIDE.

1. Dr. Siwy is the best ever. 2. Sonjia or Sonia was the professional on my care team who I spoke with today. She was professional, helpful, personable, and intelligent. 3. This is a true gem on the West Side of Chicago. 4. I switched doctors when I moved to the Joliet area and the doctors out in Joliet were all purchased by a Private Equity Group named Prime Healthcare out of California. In a word = Garbage. In two words = Hot Garbage or Dumpster Fire. That is for a different time / place / review. I CAME BACK TO DR. SIWY BECAUSE OF HOW GOOD SHE IS. I LOVE AUSTIN HEALTH CENTER AND ALL THE STAFF THERE.

Checked in at 10:05am, left at 11:20am. Did not see a doctor. Paid a $15 copay to sit in THREE SEPARATE windowless rooms (they kept moving me around) and not actually talk to anybody. Refused to refund my copay, didn't explain why the doctor couldn't see me, didn't explain why they kept moving me around. I will be going to a different doctor in the future.

Absolutely atrocious attitudes, both up front with the receptionist and Dr. Kumari. I can't believe these inhumane people are connected to the Stroger network! They should be fired! There is not professionalism or empathy in that office. First you have the receptionist talking condescending to patients, the smell of the office alone reminds me of Cook County Jail and they treat their patients as such! Dr. Kumari should not have a practicing license, appointing medicine while giving no information about it or regarding side effects. She treats patients as if everyone is ignorant to receiving proper mental health care as if there are no other options. She does not listen to her patients pleading for help, she acknowledges and ignores. She is unprofessional and does not meet the proper requirements and standards per the Stroger network.
